OK so hello all, I am new to this forum but have been searching and peeking through all sorts of support groups and forums and treatments. I am 26 yrs old and found out I had HPV about a year ago. From then my love life/sex life /confidence/self esteem was shattered. After 1 yr I have worked myself back up to a safe point. I cannot afford to go back down into a deep depression which this virus can do. Definitely as much physical as it is mental. So for about 6 months after diagnosis, I slept well, filled up on vitamins, ate well, juiced, you name it, I tried it. Anyhow, I had tried aldara when I first visited the derm. and I would never recommend that to even my worst enemy. I was the poster boy for Aldara side effects! I had fever, nausea, headaches and the worst was chemical burn. It was tough because it was the summer and considering it is a cream, that and heat tend to melt and become liquidy. After that I decided to try and have then frozen off with liquid nitrogen. I had done that twice. Each time they would be gone for about a week and then return. Going to the derm. can be embarrassing, expensive, and these treatments do not seem to be working. So after a lot of reading and research I have decided to try ACV.
Today is day 2 with ACV. I have been testing it first on a wart that is actually near my belly button. It was the last to arrive, and quite bigger than the rest. I have done what everyone suggests, which is use the end of a q-tip, soak in some acv, and then use a band aid to keep in place. I keep it on for a couple of hours, sometimes more, and then wait a little and then reapply. There is not really any pain at all which is nice. First application didn't really notice anything. Today I have noticed certain parts becoming black, and a light gray color. Also think that the wart is actually detaching form the skin. Think of what a scab looks like when its about to fall off - hanging by wherever it is attached. After noticing that I am currently using ACV right now, and will probably take off the bandage tonight, and reapply for over night. If this all goes well (which it seems to be so far) I will proceed down further and tackle the ones on my shaft. At the same time I have been taking vitamins again and trying to drink lots of water. I am a smoker (which i think not helping at all) and I do have a sleeping issue which doesnt allow me to get an adequate 8hrs every night. I would like to think that those two factors are not single handedly holding my success back but I will just have to wait and see I guess. So for all those out there thinking of using ACV, i think it may be a good alternative to the expensive medical treatments. BTW - I had also tried Healing Warts or whatever its called, along with tea tree oil, and had no success at all. I think I will use the TTO with the ACV treatments, for some added benefit. Will keep everyone updated on the progress. |

OK so today is monday and I reported last on sat i believe.
So sat night I removed the ACV and the bandage and reapplied for overnight. When I woke I could see the wart going through some changes. much darker and I think thats a good sign, but herers the interesting thing. Sunday I was unable to apply the ACV so I used a small circular band-aid (one you use say when you cut yourself shaving) which left no room for air to enter. I left it on the WHOLE dayand finally at night took it off. the wart looked as if it was sagging and abit moist, I think I probably could have tore it off but I left it be, put the band-aid bak on and went to sleep. I realized i was eseentially suffocating the wart, which i have heard works (usually with the use of duct tape). And I understand that I may be just killing the top portion of the wart with that method, but the root is still there, so lets put some ACV on that. Today the wart is once again black but not as fragile as last night. I am going to apply some ACV on it with a band-aid soon and really over kill this mofo! My surrounding skin seems to be fine, no irritation or pain. I am thinking that the next ACV session should realy bring it to a end and hoping within today and tomorrow this this is obliterated! |

Hey just read your post. I am trying the same thing but also have the sleeping and smoking issue wich I think is not helping as this virus thrives on a weak immune system. The Vinegar is also working OK for me but I really want to start targeting more of the virus than the actuall warts. Look up Candida Antigen. I am trying to find some. They have done many studies and the success rate is amazing with no side effects or scaring. It is basically injected into each wart and your immune system gets tricked to rush into that area and clear up the candida and while there it also clears up the wart virus. I know there is a cure out there as with most diseases but there's no recuring profit in a cure for the medical community so it stays hidden.

ill def check that out, though i think for the time being i am going to stick with the vinegar. So far after my experiment on the wart below my belly button, i have moved on to the genitals. Today and yesterday I targeted about 4 warts to hit with the vinegar. Put the bandages on for about 4 hours at a time for the whole day, and going to use through the night. It is becoming a tough situation getting the bandage to stick to places where theres a lot of hair, making those warts tough to target. And others a bunched together with a couple cm of spacing, may need a bigger bandage to get all of them, or else my small circle band-aid is going to stick to the surrounding warts. Its tough. The only thing that keeps me going is the thought that I will one day be wart free and feel whole again. As if we all didnt have our own social problems and issues, we have to deal with this too. Fight the good fight - keep it up, something has got to give eventually. On a brighter note, the viegar is working. The belly button wart took the longest, and had fallen off and now looks like it has mad a scab, not sure if i am supposed to keep using the vinegar on it or not. the others on my shaft have turned white, and i think with a couple more applications they will go black and soon fall. More to come soon.

OK, so yesterday I applied another acv treatment, and now the warts look as though they are scabbing up. Most of them atleast. The larger ones take about 2 treatments to begin to turn black. So atleast I think they are scabbing up...it can be a little difficult to tell when they turn black/when they are a scab. But I am basing this off of their texture. Harder ones = scab, softer = black wart. I have upped my vitamin intake, getting more than 8hrs of sleep each night. Unfortunately I still do smoke. Also taking a tsp of acv with warm water every morning. I have held off the acv with the scabbed ones, and focused on the one i havnt touched yet. This was done because I felt it was impossible to target every wart all at once, so I did most of what i could get to and which I thought could eliminate faster, and when those scab, i work on the others. The avc has finally affected some of my healthy skin as i can see it turning a bit darker colored, and I see some dead skin trying to flake off. Time will heal that skin, and possibly some vitamin e oil or something. I have found the hardest ones are those hidden within my pubic hair as the bandages have a very very hard time staying in one place.
This has become a journey. I remember trying this method a yr ago and ending it fast due to my motivation/depression and the steps involved on a daily basis. I cannot stop this time. I feel like something is happening, something positive and pro active, to stop now might hinder all progress. For those out there thinking about this procedure, its fairly easy just hard to get started and keep going. Dont give up! Today I will apply acv to those areas that have not damanaged my skin, and try to heal the others a bit. If anyone has any advice, or support, please - post something to this thread. We need all the collective positive energies we can gather. more to come. |

You might want to put some aspirin with the ACV - sounds crazy but aspirin is a form of salicylic acid -what is used to kill HPV in most wart treatments.
Try using vitamin E cream aswell as Tea tree. tea tree is an antiseptic -Vitamin E gets to the wart. E45 shoudl be ok. Found this at http://www.hpvsupport.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=13633 Hope this helps |

thanks man, but how exactly? do i crush up the aspirin and sprinkle it on?
Status Update: SO i have been doing the ACV thing daily. and i must say it can get tiresome. Sometimes i really just dont want to go through the 10min it takes, and i know its more than just not wanting to take the time. But I do, do it. if anyone else around has the same feeling, keep on fighting the good fight. It is working. After a year of ignoring this and thinking it will go away, the pro active approach is the best. Keep on keepin on and we will see results before your eyes. I have also been including a teaspoon of ACV with some warm water as I heard it helps. The diet has been a bit healthier. I still smoke. Drinking has decreased by double. I need to get exercising i think. Im slender guy, toned in certain muscles, but dont normally run or do anything beneficial to my body. Getting much better sleep than my previous 4 hours, now about 7-9 hours daily. Some have vanished, and ACV has burned my skin but I can see a difference, and to be honest, it FEELS good. Im looking forward to the day I am wart free, and I know I will feel very different. |

Hi,
The user at the other hpv support site recommends making a paste with aspirin and vitamin E cream -am trying that aswell as banana treatmetn. Had banana onlast night, it looks to have reduced the wart -not gone yet but promising. The skin feels good as well -ACV removed a lot of skin from me and it has taken over a month to get to the point of nearly being healed. The skin is pink coloured and different shade to teh est of the area -i'm using vitamin E cream which assists in blending skin tone so that nshould help remove the scar like space of miscolored skin. |

thanks cmuk, ill look into it. I was thinking of doing the banana peel too but just didn't seem practical to me. I have noticed that last nights ACV application was swell, but certain warts are just persistent! I didn't do anything in the morning and now its 7pm, and I am going to apply again. I am saying persistent because when i woke up to see the results, the targeted warts were black or white - if i look now, certain ones that were white have almost restored to skin color! I feel like I gave it to much time without anything, and it has regenerated lol. Anyhow So I can see progress! I am feeling better. I remember looking down to see bumps all over, now i look down and see large patches of healthy skin! Need to keep on pressing the larger ones as they seem to be a nuisance. The rest are relatively small. I need to apply more restorative vitamins to the black ones, which i think will help them fall off. Or should I continue the ACV on them? Anyone out there who has any advice?

ok update time.
So I have been staying consistent with using ACV wrap everyday. Yesterday I was getting annoyed at this process and the warts so i kicked it up a gear. I had the wrap on then took off after about 3-4 hours, and then back on, and started using a soaked q-tip and holding it in place for about 20min on certain ones within my public hair which the wrap doesn't stick to. Let me tell you, what a frekkin boring process. I was trying to look for things to do like watch a movie, or surf the net while holding this q-tip in place. Anyhow, I def soaked the q-tip and pressed it onto the wart maintaining that for 20min. At the moment i saw minimal change in the wart, but today I see that half of it has turned black and the other half dark (it was dark in general) So today is going to be another session of on and off for 20min at a time, targeting those same warts. I think this should be the last for those warts. They should be completely black tomorrow hopefully. Other warts... well after removing the bandages yesterday some warts that the bandage covered (the sticky part) when removing it, took a black dead wart with it! The area looks a little 'wrecked' but that's expected with the acv and healthy skin. Its actually not that bad and should heal fast. One thing that has puzzled me is a different looking wart on the foreskin I have been attacking since the beginning, and all it will do is get smaller and turn white. I haven't been able to get it to turn black, but I think that one needs some rest as I have been aggressive with it, and possibly will fall without turning black? There are just a couple of warts that this has happened to (turning white only). I have also possibly noticed some smaller ones that either I never noticed or are now starting to show themselves. They are very small so I think if I attack them today they will be an easy target to get rid of fast. On top of that I have been consistently taking Men's one a day multi-vitamin, a vitamin a, vit c, zinc, and drinking 1tbsp of acv with warm cup of water 3 times a day. I know this seems like a long process. I feel like it was just yesterday that it was last Sunday and I was giving a report. But I am seeing progress. I wish the black warts would just fall off already so I can see clear skin, and feel even more like I am making a difference down there. Hopes are high, I'm hoping within a couple more weeks (if not sooner) i should be in a very good position. |
